Erica McAfee, a Senior at Carson High School choose to make a Wedding Cake for her Senior Project. Her grade, "A". Erica will be attendingf Santa Clara University in teh fall majoring in chemistry.

"I didn't realize the work and time involved in making a wedding cake. I enjoyed the learning experience and had a lot of fun". Erica.
